As our press-on nails are handmade and hygiene-sensitive products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order is placed. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the shipping label and the product condition.
Important Sizing Note
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. Please ensure you have measured your nails accurately before placing an order.
